Returns & Exchange
Snowdrop® wants you to be totally satisfied with your purchase. Therefore if for any reason you are not satisfied, simply return the product(s) to us in its original packaging and unused condition within 7 days after item received and we will be happy to refund your money or allow for an exchange. However we regret that postage is non-refundable, also return and sending back cost will be bear by customers. Please include the original receipt in order to make an exchange. It is very helpful to us if you tell us what the problem is and whether you require an exchange or refund.
We cannot refund to you if we do not have your details! However, if there is a mistake in our parts, we will bear the cost of returns and sending back to you. If any of your items are defect, please let us know immediately by emailing email@example.com and return them straight to us at the address below and we will exchange it for you as soon as possible.
